Marketing Assets
For the past couple of years, I've been the primary designer on Borderlands 4 marketing projects, providing a variety of assets for the game's storefront imagery, social pages, celebrity and brand partnerships, sales and campaigns, cosplay guides, DLC key art/ logos, and more. Here are a few of my favorite projects.
Bounty Pack 2: Legend of the Stone Demon Key Art & Logo
One of the most recent projects I did was the key art and logo for the Bounty Pack 2 DLC, "Legend of the Stone Demon." I worked closely with the game-capture teams as well as various art directors from 2K and Gearbox Studios to create both the key art for this pack and the final logo, which was used across their storefronts and social channels, as well as shown in-game and animated for trailers.
Cosplay Guides
I worked closely with the game-capture team and Gearbox teams to represent the game's 4 main characters in printable cosplay guides that were available for fans to download as reference for fanart and cosplay. This involved determining the best angles and posing for characters in order to show the most important details, and finding the best ways to lay out information like colors, textures, and special gear or accessories while keeping everything within our brand guidelines. Each cosplay guide was around 20-30 pages and required layout design, asset retouching/ paintover, backgrounds and various design elements.

Yung Gravy Tour Bus
As part of the Borderlands 4 launch campaign, we partnered with multiple celebrities, one of which was the rapper Yung Gravy. Part of this partnership was designing a tour bus wrapper for his "Voluptuous Voyage" national tour. The ask was for a full wrap of the bus, which would feature Borderlands 4 references and imagery, Yung Gravy's branding, and a personalized character design for Yung Gravy as a Borderlands character.
I was tasked with designing the overall bus wrapper and collaborated with core games art director, David Peixoto, who did the overall illustration/ character design of Yung Gravy's Borderlands persona. I assisted with the character design/ illustration by jumping in on painting the vest and some of the accessories as well as doing the initial sketches for the character design.
We worked closely with the game-capture team to get assets from in game (like base character models, monsters for fur textures, the boom box, money, etc.), and worked closely with Yung Gravy and his team to mix his brand with the Borderlands 4 brand.

Additionally, I did many social and digital marketing assets for the game. A few included below for example.
